These terms govern text messages (SMS) sent between Revel8 Inc ("Revel8," "we," "us") and you. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms. Our SMS Privacy Policy at revel8inc.com/sms-privacy explains how we handle your information.

1. Program description

Revel8 Inc is a B2B video production company in Boise, Idaho. Our texting program consists of 1-to-1 conversational messages between an individual Revel8 team member and existing or prospective clients who have requested our services and consented to receive texts. Typical messages include scheduling and confirming consultations and video shoots, arrival and location details, project status updates, links to review video drafts, and replies to your questions.

We do not send marketing blasts, bulk, automated, or API-driven messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by giving a Revel8 team member your mobile number and saying yes when asked whether we may text you about your project, either in person, over the phone, or by texting us first. When you opt in you will receive a confirmation message similar to:

Revel8 Inc: Thanks for opting in to texts about your video project and appointments. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Revel8 Inc.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and the conversation between you and our team member.

4. Cost

Revel8 Inc does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from Revel8 Inc at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, similar to:

Revel8 Inc: You have successfully opted out and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to resume. Msg & data rates may apply.

After that you will receive no further texts from that number unless you opt back in by replying START. You may also opt out by emailing studio@revel8inc.com or calling 208-599-3130.

7. Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so we do not text the new holder of that number.
Texting is not a secure channel; please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers by text.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the texting program at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Disclaimer and governing law

The texting program is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Revel8 Inc is not liable for any delay or failure in message delivery. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
